Our origin dates back to Jinchaoyang Mould Company, founded on September 12, 2002. Key milestones in our development:
2016: Officially transformed into a professional manufacturing enterprise focused on connection technology products

2018: Obtained independent import and export rights

July 1, 2020: Officially renamed from Tianjin Jinchaoyang Hose Clamp Co., Ltd. to Mika (Tianjin) Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd.

Headquartered in Tianjin, a strategic hub on the Maritime Silk Road, we specialize in high-performance pipe clamps engineered for zero-leakage sealing in demanding applications.
We have nearly 100 employees in total, including 15 pre-sales and after-sales specialists, and 8 technicians (5 of whom are senior engineers). We operate a complete in-house team covering R&D design, production, quality control, sales and after-sales service, with a pragmatic and progressive corporate culture.
Our factory and office operate from 8:30 to 17:30 (GMT+8), Monday to Friday. Our international sales team provides 24/7 online response to ensure timely communication across global time zones.

All our products are designed around four core principles: uniform clamping force distribution, 360° reliable sealing, long-term corrosion resistance and durable fatigue resistance. For example, our constant pressure clamps adopt an innovative stacked disc spring structure to dynamically compensate for hose thermal expansion and contraction; German-style non-perforated bands protect soft hoses from damage while delivering even pressure.
Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM services. We can print or emboss customer brand logos on products, packaging and labels according to requirements. Custom logo solutions are confirmed based on order quantity and process requirements.
Service life varies by application environment and maintenance. Under standard installation and normal working conditions, stainless steel clamps can serve for 5–10 years. Our constant-torque compensating series have longer service life in temperature-fluctuating scenarios due to their adaptive clamping performance. For highly corrosive environments, we recommend regular inspection and maintenance.
Regularly check clamping tightness, especially after temperature cycles or long-term operation
Keep the clamp surface clean to avoid corrosion caused by accumulated dirt
Do not exceed the recommended tightening torque to prevent thread or band damage
For outdoor or corrosive environments, schedule periodic anti-corrosion inspections
GLOREX products serve commercial and industrial customers across aerospace, construction, filtration, irrigation, marine, material handling, medical, passenger/commercial/construction vehicles, railway and water industries. They are widely used in automotive air intake & exhaust systems, cooling systems, industrial pipelines, agricultural irrigation and ship piping systems.
R&D and Mold
Our technical team consists of 8 professional technicians, including 5 senior engineers. The founder Mr. Zhang Di has nearly 15 years of industry experience in connection technology innovation. We invest 20% of annual sales revenue into automated manufacturing upgrading and new product R&D, launching 2–3 new or optimized product models every year.
We own a full range of independent intellectual property rights:

For conventional product molds, the development cycle is 15–25 days. For complex custom molds with special structures, the cycle is generally 30–45 days depending on design difficulty. We provide regular progress updates during mold development.
We charge a one-time mold development fee for exclusive custom molds, with the amount determined by structural complexity.
For customers whose cumulative order volume reaches the agreed threshold, the mold fee can be fully refunded or deducted from subsequent orders. Specific terms will be clearly stated in the cooperation agreement.
Our molds are made of high-quality die steel with precision grinding, with a normal service life of 500,000 to 1,000,000 shots under standard operation.
We arrange dedicated staff for regular cleaning, lubrication and wear inspection, with complete maintenance records. Molds are stored in a constant-temperature dry environment when idle. A single set of mold can produce 3,000–8,000 pieces per day, depending on product specifications.

Our stainless steel materials are RoHS compliant, free of hazardous substances. Surface treatment processes such as galvanization meet international environmental protection requirements and pass corresponding corrosion resistance tests. We can provide material test reports and environmental compliance certificates upon request.

Incoming inspection: 100% inspection of raw materials and parts for size, material composition, hardness and tensile strength
In-process control: Skilled workers perform self-inspection at every process, with self-inspection reports generated every 2 hours; professional QC staff conduct patrol inspection
Finished product inspection: Full inspection of appearance, size and assembly performance before delivery, plus sampling inspection of key performance indicators
Precision tooling guarantee: Precision grinding molds ensure high consistency of product dimensions
We are equipped with complete testing facilities covering the whole production cycle: hardness tester, tensile testing machine, precision dimension measuring instruments, torque tester, sealing pressure test equipment and salt spray test chamber.
Our finished product pass rate is stably maintained above 98.5%, achieved through precision mold manufacturing, strict incoming quality control, standardized operation procedures and whole-process inspection mechanism.
Yes. Each production batch has a unique batch number, which is linked to raw material batch records, production process logs, quality inspection reports and production team information. We can trace the entire lifecycle from raw material incoming to finished product delivery.
We have passed factory audits from many well-known domestic OEMs including GM Wuling, China FAW, BYD and Changan. We also accept third-party factory audits arranged by customers and comply with international standard audit requirements.

With three production bases in Tianjin, Hebei and Chongqing, our annual output exceeds 20 million pieces. We can flexibly adjust production capacity according to customer order scale to ensure on-time delivery.
In-stock standard products: 3–7 working days after payment
Customized mass production orders: 15–30 working days after order confirmation and sample approval
Exact lead time will be confirmed based on order quantity, specifications and customization requirements.
For standard products: Trial orders from 100 pieces are accepted
For customized products (OEM logo, special specifications, special materials): MOQ is generally 500–1000 pieces, subject to specific customization complexity
